Rates
Onsite Service- Mon - Fri (9am-5pm): $110 / hour (minimum 1 hour, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
- After-Hours & Holidays: $150 / hour (minimum 2 hours, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
- Emergency Response: 25% Surcharge (4-hour guaranteed emergency response)
Trip Charges
- Up to 25 miles: $40.00
- Center City Philadelphia: $50.00
- 25 to 50 miles: $60.00
- 50 to 80 miles: $80.00
- Over 80 miles: $0.75 / mile traveled (both directions)
In-Shop Service
- General Charges: $125 bench-fee per system per incident (includes all service work performed to resolve issue)
- DVD Data Backup: $45 fee per backup up to 1 DVD ($5 / additional DVD)
- Data Recovery: $245 fee per drive (software recovery attempt of damaged, deleted or corrupted information)
- Pick-up / Drop-off: $20 + applicable trip-charge (up to 10 minutes for delivery/reconnection)
Remote Services
- Remote/Phone Service: $110 / hour (minimum ½ hour, billed in ½ hour increments thereafter)
